There are many advantages and disadvantages to reading books and watching movies? In my opinion reading is better than watching a movie. When you read a book, you get a chance to imagine this or that character, and if the book has pictures, you have a greater chance to imagine and feel as if you are with the characters in the book. Reading a book helps you to improve your vocabulary. Often, when I come across a beautiful description in a book, I remember it and use it in my own writing.
One downside, however, is that once you’re completely immersed in your fictional world, it’s time to get ready for a new book. Books are also very expensive and that’s why people prefer reading a free online version. With the online version, it is difficult to mark your favorite place, and it is also harmful to the eyes.
Movies are also a good alternative. When there is no interesting book for you, watching a movie is the best solution. I also agree with the opinion that the film is a distinct sight. I imagined the character of Jane Austen’s most beautiful work, Elizabeth from “Pride and Prejudice” while reading the book. I then watched the movie and the character of the movie exactly matched what I had imagined.
One of the best books in my opinion is “Beyond Reason”. This book is about a girl with cerebral palsy who is mute and can’t move, but has an amazing memory and is smart. She thinks that she is a burden for her parents and she will become abandoned, because doctors said that its time to get rid of her and think about having a new child. This book is very sensitive and made me feel many emotions. This book showed me how strong a person can be and how to not give up on achieving a goal. In my opinion, you should first read the book and then watch the movie. Nowadays, people don’t give priority to reading books anymore and think that it is a waste of time. In fact, until people share books and the joy of reading with their friends, there will be so many uneducated people in our society. Our Georgia needs educated people.
