Today, at breakfast, I asked my family a question. I was wondering when we will decorate the house, because it is almost Christmas. Mom said that we can decorate the house tonight. I was so happy! I ran to my room and got ready for school. At school during the last lesson we decorated our classroom for the holidays. When I returned home Jack said: “August, do you want to go on a bicycle ride after school?” I said: “Sure.” The ride was so cool. We talked about many things. In the evening we decorated our house but, our Christmas tree was small. Dad said he will buy a new one tomorrow. We decorated our house with other Christmas decorations. It turned out really good!
Today at school we played Secret Santa. It was cool. I am Summer’s Secret Santa and Jack is Julian’s Secret Santa. When I came back home, dad was there with the new Christmas tree!! We set it up and now our house is ready for Christmas.
Since it is the last week of the semester, we have to write tests on all school subjects. We have a math test tomorrow. I have to get ready and also prepare for the Secret Santa. I have no idea what present I should give Summer. Julian is still bullying me, but these days I don’t pay attention to him. I have to concentrate on my tests. When I got back home, I went to my room and started preparing for the math test.
It is almost Christmas. I have to buy Christmas presents for my mom, dad and Via. I also have to buy a Christmas present for Summer. I think I know what to buy for her- a necklace with the inscription “Summer” since it is her name. Jack and I are going to the mall tomorrow to buy Christmas gifts. It is going to be fun!
We were at the mall. I bought a nice tie for dad, skincare products for mom, a bracelet for Via and a necklace for Summer. I felt strange in the mall, because everyone was looking at me. I didn’t like that. Jack calmed me down and I felt good again. At home, I wrapped the Christmas gifts and put them under the Christmas tree.
Today was Secret Santa! I gave Summer her present. She liked it so much! I was very excited to see who my Secret Santa is. Apparently Julian was my Santa and he gave me my present. He seemed nice and he also said that it is Christmas and that everyone should be happy at Christmas. I was happy too. At night we went to Justin’s band concert. It was so cool. Everyone liked it. Later we had a family dinner. We are already on school holidays because it is almost Christmas! Merry Christmas!
