Gia Dzebisashvili – Christmas

It was a week before Christmas. After the Bluchers incident everyone was sad in the city. Gaia and Ade were waiting for Christmas with great happiness. Gaia even sent a letter to Santa Claus.

The letter read as follows:

Hello Santa. This year I don’t want anything for myself, I only want a Christmas tree for my town. The Bluchers destroyed every tree in London and there’s none left.  Please, do your magic and bring us a tree to return the Christmas spirit to our city.

Ade saw the letter and wanted to surprise Gaya with a huge tree. At night he snuck out. He walked for a long time. He got into a forest full of pine trees, but a ranger caught him.  Ade explained everything to the ranger and luckily for him the ranger was kind hearted and helped him cut down the biggest and prettiest tree they could find. That night the ranger took him home and gave him a delicious dinner and a warm bed. Ade soon fell asleep, and he saw a sweet dream where Gaia and children from his city were gathered around the Christmas tree.

The next day the ranger put wood on top of the car, woke up Ade and they went to the center of the city and put the tree there. Everyone was smiling. Some people even went home and took their ornaments from their Christmas trees to put them under the huge Christmas tree. Everyone was happy, especially Gaia. Gaia went up to Ade and wished him a merry Christmas. Ade was proud of himself for returning happiness to his city.

My goals for this year are to have good marks, get chosen for the basketball team and improve my English skills.
