Edy and his family are waiting for the New Year to arrive. They buy food and candies. They buy gifts for each other and also buy fireworks. Edy and his neighbor Gaia played secret Santa and bought each other gifts. Edy’s parents bought gifts to put under the Christmas tree. They decorated the Christmas tree and they listened to music around the Christmas tree. Edy decided to buy Gaia a phone because he knew she didn’t have one. Gaia also went to buy a gift for Edy. Gaia selected a watch.
Edy’s family went to the Carnival. There were many people including Santa and his Elves. They had so much fun there. When it started to get late, they went home and went to sleep.
On 31 December, Edy’s mom cooked a delicious meal. They were waiting for the New Year to arrive. At midnight they went outside to watch the fireworks.
I had a great New Year. I received many gifts and I went to the symphonic orchestra Vaxtang Kakhidze’s concert. All my family members received gifts. The next day we met with friends and we all celebrated the New Year together and we had so much fun.
