Alen Golovchanski – The Christmas Wonder

Introduction:

Hello, I am August. I am ten years old and live in the state of New York. I am like any ordinary kid, you may think, but that is not true. Sure, I behave like a normal boy and have hobbies like a normal boy, but I have gone through 27 plastic surgeries which changed my looks through time. I like to ride my bike, play on my Xbox, and I love ice cream. I have a sister, Via which is very protective of me when somebody is rude to me. She has a friend which also likes to enjoy her time with me which is Miranda. Via also recently got a boyfriend, Justin. He is really calm and clever. I have a father and a mother which both love me. I have friends that support me: Jack and Summer.

A new Christmas Adventure!

It is finally New Year’s Eve, the last eve of the year. This day is really important for all the people no matter their behavior and no matter their age. My family and I went to a forest campsite where we have set up our tents and made a campfire. We told stories, sang Christmas Carols and had fun. We ate barbecue meat, told jokes and enjoyed our best moments of the year.

But…

It was all fun and games, until some teenagers from the other camp saw me. You already know that I look different from others so the teenagers started freaking out. One shouted to the others: “Program T!”. Nothing happened until I was alone. I went to my tent, but then I saw a cockroach inside it. I knew it was not real so I threw it into the bushes. When I got into my tent I heard annoying and terrifying noises that kept me awake. After that I felt a bit cold, and that is when I got out and saw that some ice cold water was spilled onto my tent. I got annoyed. I thought it was a friend of mine that was doing the pranks but I was wrong. When we all gathered up together, I told everybody the news. Nobody did it and so we knew it was the teenage kids. We decided to leave and we did. Our camping trip was ruined and we went to a café and ate ice cream. It was disappointing, but at least we celebrated the new year happily together.
