Tatia Sajaia – Wonder

 It was 31 December, 9:30 p.m. August was laying on the bed in his room and reading a book his teacher gave him to read. Mum was cooking in the kitchen and Via and dad were decorating the Christmas tree. Soon it was New Year and everyone was excited about it! August couldn’t wait to open his presents! August’s mom asked them to go and buy some bread. August and Via went down the stairs and bought some bread at the store. They also bought fireworks. Via was so afraid of them. When they went back home, they saw a chocolate cake on the table.

They couldn’t help themselves so they ate it. It was delicious! Hours passed and it was 11:30 p.m. The new year was arriving in 30 minutes! Dad finished decorating the Christmas tree. Mum loved it! While the kids were reading books In the bedroom, mum and dad put the presents under the Christmas tree. Then, the New Year came! Everyone outside was lighting fireworks. Dad and August lit some fireworks too! It was breathtakingly beautiful! After that, it was time to unwrap the presents.

The blue one was for August. It was his favorite book, Bb8 from Star Wars and a Marvel notebook. The red gift was for Via. She got makeup, gloss, concealer, eye-liner, a highlighter palette and also a pretty purple handbag. Mum got a Chanel perfume from dad and lastly dad got an expensive watch from mum. Everyone was really excited about their gifts. They ate the food, the desserts and slept sweetly!
