One Christmas Eve Dartagnan and his mom were getting ready for Christmas. They were baking cakes, cookies and many other delicious treats, but they were missing one ingredient: milk.
To buy milk they needed 2 dollars. They didn’t have enough money. Dartagnan went to Porthos’ house and asked him if he could borrow the money they needed. Porthos agreed and handed him the 2 dollar bill.
Dartagnan went to the shop and he bought the milk. They went back home and continued cooking and baking. Dartagnan’s mom made some very delicious food. Dartagnan really wanted 100 dollars for his Christmas gift.
When it was Christmas, they all sat down at the table. When Dartagnan went to the Christmas tree to see if he received any gifts, there was a bag there with 100 dollars inside. Dartagnan was so happy and he returned the money he borrowed from Porthos. They all had a great Christmas.
