We are often\u00a0resistant to change, and we don\u2019t realize that change itself is constant.<\/p>\n

Even if you resist or avoid it, it will enter your life just the same. When you initiate the change yourself, it\u2019s pretty easy to adapt to it, since it\u2019s a wanted one.<\/p>\n

In general, when looking back, we realize that all the good things in our life are the results of changes that occurred in the past.<\/strong><\/p>\n
