It was the 31st of December and everyone was happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In New York, some people were sad, because their favorite shop \u2018Candy Land\u2019 has been closed already for 2 weeks now. \u2019Why?\u2019 ,you ask. It\u2019s because of snow. Snow blocked the road and the entrance to the shop. Greg decided to gather some friends and clean up the snow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At first, Greg went to his best friend\u2019s house Roul . Greg explained everything to Roul and Roul thought that this was a great idea. Soon they had gathered twenty people who were all willing to assist them with their mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They started working, using shovels to clear all the snow off the road.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They encountered some problems. Some boys were distracting the others with silly jokes. The girls saw a spider and refused to work any longer. At last everyone calmed down eventually and continued with their work.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They worked well into the evening and eventually went home to rest. They were all so very tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The next day Greg woke up early. Roul came into his room and asked him if he would like some sweets! They rushed to their favorite store and bought all the candy they have been dreaming of over the last two long weeks.
