On\nNew Year\u2019s morning, Phileas Fogg went with his friends to the club to read the\nnewspaper and play cards. Aouda made plum pudding, roast turkey, roast\npotatoes, roast parsnips, pigs in blankets (mini sausages wrapped in bacon),\nstuffing\u2026 Phileas Fogg brought punch and wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later\nhis friend came. They were Mr. Sack and Lemuel Gulliver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\nHello, how are you? – Phileas asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\nWe are fine, thank you! And how are you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\nI am fine too. I invited you to my New Year’s party!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\nThank you!  – They said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr.\nSack and Lemuel Gulliver came to Gulliver’s house. Passepartout turned on the\nmusic and they all started dancing. Aouda laid the table and Fogg with his\nfriends started eating. Phileas Fogg said the toast:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\nWish you more happiness than all my words can tell, not just for the holidays,\nbut all the year as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
