Lesson outcomes are descriptions of the specific knowledge, skills or expertise that the student will get from a lesson. In this webinar, we will explore why lesson outcomes greatly benefit both teachers and students, how to identify and write effective lesson outcomes, and a number of activities \u2013 including examples from Macmillan Education\u2019s course Language Hub<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teachers will go away from the webinar with a clear understanding of what lesson outcomes are, why they are important and a number of tried-and-tested activities to critically and creatively develop lesson outcomes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kieran Donaghy<\/strong> is a freelance award-winning writer, international conference speaker and trainer. He is the author of books for students and teachers of English as a foreign language. His publications include Film in Action (Delta Publishing), Writing Activities for Film (ELT Teacher2Writer) and Video, The Image in ELT (ELT Council) and Language Hub (Macmillan).
