Anastasia Kvinikadze – Books or Movies

When questioning, which are better Books or Movies? I always have the same answer. I strongly believe that books are always better than movies. Books are the original work, something that the movie is based off of. Books can help us sharpen our imagination and mind, we can imagine the events in the story on our own.

In movies, the characters are designed according to the director, because sometimes the character described in the book cannot be brought into reality, so they are opposed and sometimes totally different when compared to in the books. As a result movies sometimes leave out some important details.

For example in harry potter, a lot of fans have complained about the missing details and events. This confuses the viewers that have read the book first. And for those who read the book after watching the movie they will think that they just missed a chunk of the movie when watching.
