Kesaria Chargazia – Magic in my house

New Year’s is the most magical holiday. During this time the Storyteller is very busy. Everyone wants to hear his stories. Right before the New Year arrived, he was so tired that he fell asleep and left the magic box of fairy tales unlocked….

The New Year is approaching, the magic is getting stronger and the first frolicsome Pepi Longstocking jumps out of the box, followed by a curious little prince, a fox, a giant Dikego and the hero Mulan.

I was decorating the Christmas tree. I heard a noise and I opened the toy box. Inside was a fox toy and a little prince toy. I took my favorite fairytale characters in my hands. Suddenly, something got stuck on my finger. I screamed and saw Mulan holding a sword. Kind Dikego stopped her and Pepi explained the situation to all of us.

I was very happy because I had fairy tale characters as guests on New Year’s Eve. We decorated the Christmas tree together. Pepi baked cookies. Mulan used her sword and skillfully sliced the turkey. Kind Dikego returned to the fairy box and brought Olaf. The fox spread the table beautifully. 

The New Year has arrived. We congratulated each other. I fed them the Georgian New Year’s dessert “Gozinayi”. They liked it very much. We had a lot of fun. Then I fell asleep. When I woke up, the fairytale characters were no longer here. The Storyteller took them back into their fairytale world. It was the coolest New Year ever.
