HMC (Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference)

HMC (Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference) არის მრავალი წამყვანი დამოუკიდებელი  სკოლის დირექტორთა ასოციაცია გაერთიანებულ სამეფოში.

HMC Projects რეგისტრირებულია როგორც საქველმოქმედო ორგანიზაცია და ამავედროს წარმოადგენს შეზღუდული პასუხისმგებლობის მქონე კომპანიას. დაარსებიდან (1992) მისი  მთავარი მიზანია, საშუალება მისცეს სტუდენტებს, ცენტრალური და აღმოსავლეთ ევროპიდან, ისწავლონ გაერთიანებულ სამეფოში.

პროექტი საშუალებას აძლევს ქართველ სტუდენტებს სტიპენდიით განათლება მიიღონ წამყვან კერძო ბრიტანულ სკოლებში.  პროექტი  საქართველოში  კომპანია  „Unique  Learning”-ის  მხარდაჭერით მერვე წელია ხორციელდება. Unique Learning-ი ახორციელებს პროგრამის ადინისტრირებას საქართველოში , ორგანიზებას უწევს მოსწავლეებთან ინტერვიუების ჩატარების პროცესს და უზრუნველყოფს კანდიდატებისთვის მხარდაჭერას და ინფორმაციის მიწოდებას მათი ინგლისში გამგზავრებამდე.

შერჩევა

კანდიდატების შერჩევა ხდება ტესტირების, აკადემიური მოსწრების, მასწავლებლების დახასიათების და ინტერვიუს საფუძველზე, სადაც კანდიდატებმა უნდა გამოავლინონ ადაპტაციის უნარი და ლიდერობის პოტენციალი. დაინტერესებულმა კანდიდატებმა უნდა გაიარონ შემდეგი ეტაპები:

უფლებამოსილება

სტუდენტი უნდა იყოს 16 წლის და მისი ასაკი არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 17 წელს და 6 თვეს 2020 წლის 1 სექტემბრიდან რათა უფლებამოსილი იყოს მიიღოს HMC Project ის სტიპენდია, ეს ნიშნავს რომ აპლიკანტის დაბადების თარიღი უნდა მერყეობდეს 2003 წლის 1 თებერვლიდან 2004 წლის 1 სექტემბრამდე.

ასევე კანდიდატის მშობლების ერთობლივი წლიური შემოსავალი (2019 წელი) არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 30 000 ფუნტი სტერლინგის შემოსავალს.

დაფინანსება

წარმატებული კანდიდატები დაფინანსდებიან 35 000 – 40 000 ფუნტი სტერლინგით. სტიპენდია ფარავს სწავლის, საკვების და საცხოვრებლის ხარჯებს.

სტიპენდია არ ფარავს ადმინისტრაციულ, მგზავრობის და ვიზის ხარჯებს.

HMC SCHOLARSHIP

HMC (Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference) is an association of the headteachers of many of the leading independent schools in the United Kingdom.  HMC Projects is a registered charity and is a company with limited liability.  Since its inception over twenty years ago in 1992, its specific purpose has been to enable young students from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe to study in the UK

The project offers Georgian students the opportunity to continue with their studies at many of Britain’s top boarding schools through the scholarships. This is the fifth year the scholarship program has been offered in Georgia and Unique Learning has been a pivotal part in its success.  Unique Learning administers the program in Georgia, organizes student interviews and provides support and advice for the scholars before their departure to the UK. 

SELECTION

Selection is based on results in the entry tests, a strong academic record and good references from the students’ own schools, as well as proficiency in written and spoken English. An important criterion is the evident readiness of the student to adapt to a different country and to contribute through his or her own interests and enthusiasm to the life of the British school. The interested candidates have to go through the following selection steps:

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the HMC Project Scholarship a student should be between 16 years old and not older than 17 years and six months on the 1^st of September, 2020. Additionally, the combined parental income of applicants must not exceed £30,000 as assessed during 2019.

FINANCES

Successful candidates will be awarded a scholarship of 35 000 – 40 000 GBP. The scholarship covers all costs of tuition, food and accommodation.

The scholarship does not cover administrative, travelling and visa costs.
